Do you love to use your mobile phone for media streaming? Do you like to play games on your mobile phone quite often? If so, you will need a mobile phone with a large battery capacity so you can enjoy media and games for a longer time.
Today, we are going to talk about the Lenovo Vibe P1. This mobile phone has been quite popular recently because of one thing: its battery life. But we will talk about that later in the article.
First, we are going to talk about the design. The Lenovo Vibe P1 is a little bit massive for its size. The mobile phone has a 5.5-inch height and it has a thickness of 9.9mm. It is a little bit thicker than other mobile phones in this bracket, but that is normal since it houses one of the best batteries out there today.
On the front of the phone lies a single home key situated at the bottom. There is also an earpiece and a front camera placed on the top portion as well.
The Lenovo Vibe P1, albeit a large phone, has nice curvatures to allow you to grip the mobile phone without ever slipping your grasp.
At the top part of the mobile phone lies the 3.5mm headphone jack, microSIM tray. On the right side lies all of the physical buttons such as the volume rocker and the power buttons. The Lenovo Vibe P1 also has a metallic unibody which adds to the aesthetic appeal of the mobile phone.
The display of the Lenovo Vibe P1 is also quite good. It has a 5.5-inch IPS display with a resolution of 1920×1080. The screen is also protected by the ever-popular Corning Gorilla Glass 3, which helps in protecting your phone from scratches and any damages from impacts. This is common in most high-end and mid-range phones.
Playing movies and games in whatever lighting condition you’re in doesn’t seem to be a problem since the mobile phone has a very good adaptive brightness setting. Although I would much prefer setting the brightness manually, this option is best if you do not want to tinker with the brightness settings yourself.
As expected from IPS displays, viewing angles are great and the colors are punchy and vibrant. Playing games with the screen is also quite good.
Speaking of performance, the Lenovo Vibe P1 houses an impressive octa-core processor in the form of the Snapdragon 615. It also comes with the Adreno 405 GPU and 2GB of RAM for some really great performance. Lag seems to be non-existent with this mobile phone and having an octa-core processor would mean that it saves more battery.
Speaking of battery, I think this is the highlight of this mobile phone. The Lenovo Vibe P1 houses a 5,000 MaH non-removable battery. You’ve read that right, 5,000 MaH of sheer battery power.
You can pretty much enjoy your phone’s features without having to reach for a charger. Most people have achieved more than 2 days of use with this mobile phone, which for me is honestly breathtaking.
